The City of Marietta is accepting sealed bids on the following items which have been determined to be surplus to the needs of the City:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope on the form provided by the City of Marietta.  Completed bid forms must be delivered to the Marietta Municipal Building by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at which time the envelope will be opened, and the bids read aloud.  All items will be sold to the highest bidder upon payment to the City of Marietta in the form of cash, money order, or certified check; personal checks or credit cards will not be accepted.  The highest bidder will be given ten (10) days from the date notified of their accepted bid to submit payment and take possession of the item(s).  If the highest bidder defaults on the bid, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder until the transaction is complete.  Any bid not properly submitted will be returned to the bidder and will not be considered by the City of Marietta.

The City of Marietta reserves the right to reject any bid determined unreasonable.  All items will be sold “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee.
