Ordinance No. 2019-10 Ameding Section 2-172 Allowing Sale of Surplus to Government Unit without Competitive Bids

An Ordinance amending Section 2-172 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Marietta allowing the sale of surplus supplies, materials or equipment to another unit of government without requiring an opportunity for competitive bidding; repealing ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.
